FAQs

The focus is on advance planning to ensure people have the necessary financial and health resources for the future. These include action items like advance healthcare directives, life and health insurance, financial planning, and preventative health screenings.

A committee of dedicated volunteers spearheaded by Ematai and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

  • Adults in the Jewish community in the greater LA region. 
  • Organizations interested in publicizing their related services to the broader  Jewish community.  

Organizations that are involved in providing healthcare services/support or financial services/support to the adult population specifically in the areas of preventative health, advance care planning, and financial planning.

Yes, there will be short breakout sessions in a separate room on advance directives, financial planning, and preventative health. The booths will be operating in the larger hall throughout the entire fair.

We’ll provide a regular rectangular 8-foot table. Each organization must send a representative for the entire fair. You should bring your own tablecloth and roll-up banner. You may distribute flyers, swag, information packets, and other relevant material.

Yes! The directory will be distributed at the event and distributed as an insert in local Jewish media. The directory will also be placed on the event website (www.ematai.org/LA)  and shared digitally as a PDF.

Businesses: $750
Non-profit organizations: Free

Yes! All sponsors will receive a prime booth location in the hall and will be prominently featured on all advertising materials. Contact LA@ematai.org for more information.
