Ematai’s Netivot Advance Directive Initiative is now available in Israel!

Ematai has adapted two of the Israeli medical power of attorney forms in Hebrew and in English. The documents have been reviewed and accepted by the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Health. You can learn more about the documents and download them for completion, here.
